Hello, wonderful cat lovers!  We are undergoing a soft-opening while we take care of all the kitties that were scheduled and rescheduled in April and May due to move-in delays into our new location.  We are working quickly to catch up, however, there may be slight delays in returning your phone calls and emails for a short while, as we get through this busier-than-usual period.  You're important to us, so please know these delays will be very short-term.  We expect to be in full swing with sufficient staff within the next 30 days.  However, we ask for your patience as we get through this transitionary period.

We promise to return every phone call and every email from you, so please don't hesitate to contact us for all your kitty's needs.  If you have an urgent matter, please let us know and we will be sure to make you a priority.

Cat Grooming Spa

Hello Cat Lovers and Friends -Yes, we are fully operational and available to help you with your cat’s grooming needs. As we continue to work out of our temporary home environment in Mill Valley, we had to pause on searching for a commercial grooming location, in order to focus on getting our new on-line shopping website complete. Good things come to those who wait, but please don’t wait to contact us if your kitty needs our grooming services.

Did you know we offer pick-up and drop-off services in select areas in Marin County? Ask us more when you contact us. We're here for you despite our temporary location status.

Please help keep your cats healthy and safe by staying on top of their grooming needs.  Book an appointment with us right away if your cat needs our personal attention.  Our temporary accommodations are centrally located in Mill Valley and convenient for all our Bay Area clients.  And, the kitties are loving our temporary location, which is still very quiet, tranquil and secure for their safety and comfort.

Hi all, we thank you for your patience.  We are still working hard behind the scenes to get our new Home Shopping website launched.  It is now currently in the beta-testing phase.  The wait will be worth it, you'll see!  We'll be doing our part to save the planet and deliver a personalized service with less packaging and materials compared to our competitors.  Our on-demand local delivery is all hand-delivered and handled with care.  This means no damage on arrival as often happens with shipping.  In-store pick-up will also be available, with designated public hours.

CAT GROOMING SERVICES

We have set up a lovely, intimate version of our cat spa in my home in Larkspur. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and encouraging. So much so, that I can happily and confidently report that we are able to provide full grooming services here and will continue to do so until we are permanently settled elsewhere.

Temporary Hours of Operation Adjustment

Below are a few temporary adjustments to our hours of operation and grooming schedule while we operate out of my Larkspur location:

• Grooming appointments will be scheduled for Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 8am-6pm. We want to remain as flexible as possible for you. We are happy to honor special requests for alternative times for you on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

• General business hours: Tuesday - Saturday 11a-5pm

• Because we are temporarily operating with a single business line and less staff, there may be delays in returning phone calls during normal business hours. For this reason, email contact is our preferred method for the time being.

• We will temporarily be closed on Sundays and Mondays to the public for grooming and retail, so that we can offer you more efficient service Tuesday - Saturday.

We have officially moved out of our original location at 85 E. Blithedale Avenue.  Negotiations continue with two nearby locations.  Unfortunately, both locations are surrounded by construction and require work that may cause delays in our move-in.  We will keep you posted as more concrete information arrives.  Stay tuned and thank you for checking in with us.

Please note: We will resume grooming services on Saturday, October 15th at an off-site location in Larkspur.  You may contact us directly via email or phone for more detail.  More updates on our retail services coming soon. We thank you for your patience through our transition.

A big thank you to all for your wonderful leads and support in finding a new location to call home.  We have managed to find a few places that appear to be a good fit for us.  We will have an official decision within the next few days on which location will allow us to serve you best.  FYI: We have narrowed our choices down to two places, one in Sausalito and one in Mill Valley.  Please stay tuned for more updates soon.

Please note, due to our upcoming move, scheduled for October 7th & 8th, it will be necessary that we close for at least a few days to ensure this transition runs smoothly.  Currently, the designated days we have targeted for temporary closure are: Friday, October 7th through Wednesday, October 12.  If you need to contact us during the days we're closed, please email us, as our phone connections may be limited at our new location during the initial set-up phase.
